I think that one of the best color combinations is violet and lime green. Does anyone else think so? :)

Another one of my favorites is a combination of sea colors. A blue-green, aqua, sky blue, and moderately dark blue go very well together in my opinion, especially when they are being used for a water theme. They don't have to be mixed well, I even think that short, choppy brush strokes work better. Of course, I'm speaking from the perspective of a Claude Monet fan. ;)

Oh yeah. Sea colors, when mixed, make very pretty colors.

Oh My gosh I love MLP!!! And your website is so amazing!!! i love to draw and I really like drawing the My little ponies on MLPFIM. I am so glad I found this website its amazing. By the way do you wath Pound puppies or Graity Falls? Those are both really awesome shows. My favorite colors together would have to be light green with pink. It looks really nice.

Hi! Thanks so much! I do like Gravity Falls; but I haven't seen Pound Puppies. Also: Yeah, that color combo is pretty awesome! Maybe the reason they go so well together is that they look natural. Kind of like a watermelon or something! You should post some of your art. I'd love to see it! P.S. It's kind of a bummer that there hasn't been a new Gravity Falls for a couple of months, huh?

pink and green do look good together and so do purple and gold. When I was thinking about pink I remembered that pink and gray look very good together.

I am not trying to be mean but it you look up at the top of the screen then you will she that we are not trying to pick our favorite pony but we are discussing which colors go together the best. I personally don't use yellow and gray when I am drawing or painting. They just don't go well together!

I am glad that we can go off topic!!! ;) O had your art pictures up on the computer and I saw those cupcakes that were covered with red sugar and, I guess, they are candy green leaves. THOSE WERE NEAT!!!!!! My birthday is next week, maybe you two can make me some!!!!.....hint, hint!!! I could supply everything.........even bigger hint!! ;)
